Polifix Thermal Insulation Board Plaster

Fibre-reinforced, cement-based plaster mortar developed for thermal insulation boards, modified with high-performance additives and resistant to hairline cracking.

Suitable for polystyrene and mineral insulation boards such as XPS, EPS and mineral wool.

Polypropylene fibres improve performance against stresses that may cause cracking on wall and façade surfaces.

The substrate must be free from dust, dirt, oil and other layers that may reduce adhesion.

Surface defects should be repaired with Polifix Repair Mortar.

The substrate must be cured and sound.

Porous substrates should be dampened before application.

Ambient temperature must be between +5°C and +35°C.

Do not apply to frozen, thawing or frost-risk surfaces.

Do not apply under direct sunlight, strong wind or on hot surfaces.

Do not add foreign materials.

Clean application tools with plenty of water before the mortar dries.
